Advanced Protection Package (P1 + P3) (TP8)
This package covers the Protection of Electrical Power Systems (P1) and the Practical Advanced Protection Training (P3); the P1 course serves as a precursor to the P3. The package must be taken in the sequence of P1 followed by P3.

Who should attend?
For P1, Electrical/Plant Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Electricians with responsibility for the application, commissioning and/or maintenance of electrical protective equipment used on industrial electrical power systems. This training programme requires a good foundation of electrical knowledge.
For P3, Electrical/Plant Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Electricians with responsibility for the application, commissioning and/or maintenance of electrical protective equipment used on industrial electrical power systems. This training programme requires a good foundation of electrical knowledge. The prerequisite for attendance on this course is candidates must have achieved a pass in the Faraday P1 course or have relevant experience in protection power systems.
Certifications
Candidates who successfully complete the course and both theoretical and practical assessments will receive The Faraday Centre competence certificate. Candidates who fail will receive The Faraday Centre attendance certificate.
