New facilities for The Faraday Training Group

The Faraday Training Group is on the move. Our two training centres in Middlesbrough are being relocated to a larger, purpose designed, state-of-the-art training centre located in the South Annexe Building, Wilton Centre, Wilton Site, Redcar.

The majority of current courses combine both theoretical learning and ‘hands-on’ practical experience, within dedicated realistically designed environments. Currently the training centres operate over sites of approximately 2000m ² – these include practical training areas covering a total of 700 m ². The new facility will operate over 4000 m ², offering three purpose designed practical areas covering 1300 m ².

Major investment has been made in equipment and facility design to provide candidates with the highest quality practical experience, set in a lifelike industrial environment. The new facility will boast a vast range of both high and low voltage electrical equipment, allowing candidates to improve their knowledge of electrical procedures, regardless of the model or manufacturer of the equipment.

Candidates currently undertake their theoretical learning in one of six classrooms spread throughout two buildings. The new facility will offer up to 14 dedicated classrooms and a purpose-built seminar room.

The centre will be complemented by a large canteen area located in the bright and spacious atrium, as well as offering free WIFI in the atrium area of the annexe building and ample parking with more than 60 dedicated parking spaces.

We look forward to unveiling our new premises in September 2017, welcoming both old and new clients to the advanced facilities. We wish to reassure our customers that our normal high standards will be maintained throughout the move without any disruption.
